Choose & cut that perfect tree & make a family memory. Kids and grown-ups alike enjoy searching the Gingerbread Trail through the forest for the
runaway gingerbread men. Watch fresh green wreaths being made on site and take one home for your front door. Browse in The Treehouse
gift shop for that perfect ornament or Christmas treasure.
WE ARE SOLD OUT AND NOW CLOSED FOR THE 25 SEASON! For the 2025 season, we have a good selection of choose and cut White Pine, Scotch Pine and Virginia Pine. We have hundreds of pre-cut Fraser firs so you can still search for the perfect one in the field or on the rack. You asked and we answered with even more selection of large pre-cut Fraser firs that are 9-12 foot! We also have a great selection of Ball and Burlap trees this year. These are Christmas trees that you can plant after Christmas. Talk with one of our tree experts for tips on caring for these forever Christmas trees.

The Hunt is Half the Fun!
Take your time strolling through our acres of trees. Choose from White Pine, Scotch Pine and Virginia Pine. We provide the saw and drag sled and you pick the tree! If you prefer, we have fresh top quality pre-cut Fraser Firs and ball and burlap trees, too.
Warm up in the Treehouse!
While we shake and bale your tree, come inside The Treehouse gift shop where you'll find an eclectic mix of Christmas decor, gifts, homemade jams and relish, molasses, tree stands, ornaments and more! If our baker is up to it, you might even luck into some gingersnap cookies hot out of the oven.

We are located at 2125 Country Club Road, Jamestown, TN 38556, just 1½ miles off Hwy. 52 East across from Allardt School down Ontario/Country Club Road. Look for our signs.
Directions from I-40:
Take Jamestown-Pikeville Exit (Exit 317), 127 North to Taylor Place Road (SR 296), about 30+ miles, turn right. Proceed about 4 miles to SR 52 East, go 0.4 miles, turn left onto Ontario/Country Club Rd. across from Allardt School, go 1½ miles. Sycamore Springs Farm is on the right.

How does it work?
We will greet you upon your arrival and direct you to either our large selection of pre-cut firs, ball and burlap trees or furnish you a bow saw and tree sled for you to cut the perfect Christmas tree from the farm. Once you find your tree, we will shake and bale and help you load it.
